18 mg/dl (mg%) of glucose = 1 mmol/l

Однако, когда уровень глюкозы крови превышает 160 мг% (8,9 ммоль/л (= почечный порог глюкозы), почки не в состоянии реабсорбировать всю глюкозу из первичной мочи.

Результа: глюкоза появляется в моче!

Чем больше повышается уровень сахара в крови, тем больше его появляется и в моче. Примерно 160 мг% (8,9 ммоль/л) реабсорбируется. Все что выше этого уровня - выделяется с мочой.

Это определенно не так легко понять!
